@JocJav It just is…unless you have really really really loud tinnitus, well you might have more trouble masking the ringing with other noise. Mine is only audible when I am in silence. And most of time I forget about it because I’ve had it for so long.

Had it since I was a little kid. High pitched back noise, a bit like the 15,675 Khz hiss from old CRT tv’s.
Most of the day I can’t notice, but on still nights I sometimes hear it loudly when trying to sleep. I usually keep a fan on to make some back noise and mask it, but otherwise not a real issue.

@christian2101 Lately I’ve been imagining that the noise is just crickets outside…it really works dude if you try to believe it. And also I’m accepting the fact that I have this for life and I’m not so stressed out anymore…
